Biomass Energy Project S.A. engages in the energy crop plantation business in Poland. It produces and sells seedlings of the Miscanthus Giganteus; establishes plantation of energy plants; produces and sells biomass; establishes plantations for external entities; prepares land for cultivation; leases special machinery; research on new energy plants; and establishes and maintains various plants for external entities. The company also produces electricity through biomass processing plant and alternative fuel fired biomass power plants; and offers training and educational services. In addition, it introduces new plants propagated by laboratory of the industrial plant microproliferation and cloning in vitro; and engages in the product development based on offering methods for enabling production of seedlings. The company also operates in Africa, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Biomass Energy Project S.A. was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
