Thereafter, the Investment Corporation issued new investment units (174,200 units) through a public offering with the payment due date being August 30, 2016, and was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tokyo Stock Exchange") Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market (code: 3472) on August 31, 2016. As of the end of the 14th fiscal period (ending May 2023), the Investment Corporation owns 11 leisure facilities, and in the 15th fiscal period (ending November 2023), the Investment Corporation acquired 4 accommodation facilities (total acquisition price of 4,898 million yen). As a result, the Investment Corporation owns a total of 15 facilities (total acquisition price of 35,983 million yen) as of the end of the current fiscal period, and the Investment Corporation has issued and outstanding investment units as of the end of the current fiscal period, which is 235,347 units.
