The company was formerly known as Jiangsu Sainty Corp., Ltd. and changed its name to Soho Fashion Group Co., Ltd. in August 2025. Soho Fashion Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1979 and is based in Nanjing, the People’s Republic of China.
