The company was formerly known as UPP Holdings Limited and changed its name to Avarga Limited in April 2018. Avarga Limited was incorporated in 1967 and is headquartered in Singapore. Avarga Limited is a subsidiary of Maybank Nominees (Singapore) Private Limited.
