The company was formerly known as China Dynamics (Holdings) Limited and changed its name to Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited in July 2021. Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
