It serves urban and rural residents, industrial and commercial users, local governments, and other institutions. The company was founded in 1958 and is headquartered in Luzhou, the People’s Republic of China. Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Luzhou City Xinglu Assets Management Co Ltd.
