It also produces and distributes outdoor advertising; and sells construction materials, as well as provides construction contracting services. The company was formerly known as Shandong Jihe Expressway Company Limited. Qilu Expressway Company Limited was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Jinan, the People’s Republic of China.
