It operates through three segments: Professional Solution Services, Nursing Solution Services, and Logistics and Other Solution Services. The Professional Solution Services segment offers outsourcing and consulting services, including secondment of senior executives, such as chief financial officers and company secretaries to perform compliance, financial reporting, and financial management functions for customers. This segment is also involved in the provision of accounting and audit professional services to perform audit work; and the provision of corporate finance services to assist in drafting of documents comprising circulars, announcements and others for Hong Kong listed companies, and listing documents for private companies planning to go public. The Nursing Solution Services segment provides human resources solutions to social service organizations and nursing homes, and individuals. The Logistics and Other Solution Services segment offers human resources solutions to logistics and warehouse, and marketing and event management industries. Click Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2024 and is based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
