It seeks to invest in the companies based in Europe with a focus on Western Europe, DACH, Andorra, Belgium, France, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Latin America and Caribbean, United States, Canada, South America, Italy, Iberia, North America, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia (Far East, Indian Sub-continent, Pacific Islands, South-East Asia, and the United Kingdom. The firm prefers to invest equity between €1 million ($1.09 million) and €250+ million ($257.70+ million) per transaction in companies with enterprise values between €50 million ($51.54 million) and €1000+ million ($1,124.51+ million). The firm seeks to acquire controlling equity positions in portfolio companies but can also invest in other parts of the capital structure, including mezzanine and senior debt in support of equity-led transactions. In exceptional circumstances, it will take a minority stake as well as majority stake in the business. The firm may also consider investing in public or listed securities.
