It also engages in the acquisition, sale, and purchase of shares and bonds; provision of maintenance works related to the buildings and properties, such as civil, mechanical, and electrical works, as well as elevators and air conditioning works; organization of real estate exhibitions; and holding of real estate auctions. In addition, the company offers property management services comprising financing, valuations, market appraisals, sales, and acquisitions; search, advisory, sales, and financial services, property and facilities management, project management, and consultancy services; consultancy and transactional services, such as leasing, sales, site search and feasibility, space analysis and optimization, price negotiation, renewal, and legal services, etc.; and hospitality services, including sourcing, conception, and implementation. Further, it provides real estate services in the residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality services sectors. Kuwait Real Estate Company K.P.S.C. was incorporated in 1972 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
