Delta Property Fund Limited (“Delta” or “the Group”) is a South African domiciled Level 1 B-BBEE Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”). The Group is predominantly sovereign underpinned and has been listed on the JSE since 2012. The Group owns a portfolio of 86 properties valued at R6.6bn as at the reporting period, with geographic diversification and presence in all nine provinces of South Africa. Delta’s primary focus is on long-term investment in quality rental income-generating properties. Delta’s portfolio of 793 592m2 gross lettable area (“GLA”), offers rental space to government, parastatals and private tenants. A significant number of properties are strategically located and easy to access with street level retail offerings. Delta’s strategy is aimed at achieving maximum return on capital, consistent with a diversified, risk managed real estate investment portfolio.
