It focuses on developing residential and sales real estate projects and operates under the Sinpas Group Companies. In 2018, Sinpas GYO merged with Sinpas Yapi to enhance operational and economic synergies. Following the merger, the company's capital increased to 873.2 million TL. As of March 2025, the Group employs 188 people and is headquartered in Besiktas, Istanbul.
