In addition, it is involved in exploration, extraction, processing, and operation of various minerals, ores, and their derivatives; textile business; and establishment of a thermal power plant with a 500MW installed capacity using fluidized bed boiler technology in Ilgin district, as well as sells generated electrical energy to wholesale and retail license holders and free consumers. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. Park Elektrik Üretim Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is a subsidiary of Park Holding A.S.
