Is Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi Anonim Sirketi ("the Company") was established on 6 August 1999 by Is Gayrimenkul Yatirim ve Proje Degerlendirme Anonim Sirketi taking over all assets and liabilities of Is Gayrimenkul Yatirim ve Proje Degerlendirme Anonim Sirketi and Merkez Gayrimenkul Yatirim ve Proje Degerlendirme Anonim Sirketi, both of which operated separately and were established in 1998. The Company is a subsidiary of Turkiye Is Bankasi Anonim Sirketi ("Is Bankasi"). The Company's registered address is at Is Kuleleri Kule 2 Kat 10, 11 Levent Istanbul/Turkey. The main objective and operations of the Company are to engage in activities regulated by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey ("CMB") related with the Real Estate Investment Corporations such as properties, property-oriented capital market instruments, real estate projects and investing in capital market instruments. Compliance with the CMB's regulations and related legislation are taken as a basis for the Company's operations, portfolio investment policies and management limitations. The Company's shares have been traded on the Borsa Istanbul Anonim Sirketi (the former legal title "Istanbul Stock Exchange") ("BIST") since 1999. The Company has 72 employees as of 30 June 2025, (31 December 2024: 72).
