Further, the company engages in the development, financing, building, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy resources covering, wind, solar, and hydrogen energy. Additionally, it provides support services, such as IT, technical, and digital services; corporate and real estate services; and printing and document management solutions. The company was formerly known as Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV and changed its name to Colruyt Group N.V. in October 2023. The company was founded in 1928 and is headquartered in Halle, Belgium.
