Hayleys Fabric PLC manufactures and sells knitted fabrics in Sri Lanka. It offers single jersey, interlocks, piques, ribs, fleeces, polar fleeces, terry, jacquards, and flat knits. The company’s fabric composition includes cotton, silk, linen, wool, leather, ramie, hemp, jute; and synthetic fabrics consist of acetate, chiffon, organza, nylon, velvet, polyester, denim, rayon, georgette, etc. In addition, it produces natural fibers, including cotton; regenerated cellulose fibers comprising viscose, modal, micro modal, and tencel; and synthetic fibers, such as wool, cashmere, and silk. Further, the company provides a range of value additions to fabric, such as printing, brushing, sueding, tumbling, combing, bio-polish, limit stretch ability, moisture management, and antibacterial finishes. It also exports its products. The company was formerly known as Hayleys MGT Knitting Mills PLC and changed its name to Hayleys Fabric PLC box in June 2015. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Neboda, Sri Lanka. Hayleys Fabric PLC operates as a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC.
