It also holds an option to acquire a 75% interest in the Hot Breccia project that consists of 227 mining concessions covering approximately an area of 1,420 hectares located in the Southern Arizona Copper Belt, the United States. The company was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
